Returns Policy
Should you want to return any item purchased, you may do so via courier, within a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. The returned goods must be:
- unworn (original saleable condition),
- in the original packaging, with
- the tags and sewn labels attached.
In the event of you failing to meet the above returns criteria, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund.
All returned goods remain the responsibility of the purchaser until they are received by us. Should the goods meet the returns criteria, the refund will be processed, and less the shipping fees incurred.
We are unable to accept the exchange or return of the following items:
- Hygiene & Health: Opened toiletries, cosmetics, some health/beauty products, earrings, hosiery, underwear, swimwear, or food/beverages intended for consumption.
- Personalized/Custom Goods: Items made to your specific sizes, colors, or custom designs.
- Altered/Damaged Goods: Products that have been disassembled, combined with other property, or damaged after delivery.
All returns must be logged via email: info@dashgo.co.za within 48 hours of delivery.
